I remember when I went through perimenopause how much ‘the change’ changed my life! I was living in constant brain fog, hot flushes, mood swings and had very little interest in being intimate with my partner.
That’s why I was thrilled when Linda Legras reached out to me and invited me to be part of an interview series specifically for midlife women.
The series was born out of her desire to help women in perimenopause, menopause and beyond to confidently take charge of their health and changing bodies.
