At The Spicy Boudoir we aim to deliver you a first class experience. If a product you purchase from us is faulty within the warranty period we will replace it and pay the postage both ways (at standard Australia Post rates).
Before returning a product please make sure that you have read the user guide. As the majority of problems with products are related to batteries, not a fault with the toys, please ensure:

If your problem persists, please contact us either by email with ‘Warranty claim’ in the subject line. Please provide your contact number so that our team can call to discuss the problem and provide instructions as to how to return the product.
Change of Mind
Unlike shopping for a new dress or shirt where it’s easy to exchange or refund goods, the purchase of a pleasure device makes it very difficult to process returns.
Our Maven understands that sometimes what a product looks like on screen isn’t quite what is expected on the box when it arrives. If this is the case, please do not open the packaging. Instead, you must notify The Spicy Boudoir within three days of receipt of the product by writing to: email@example.com with ‘Change of mind return’ in the subject line. Please note that the costs of return and resending delivery costs are borne by the customer.
Please provide your contact details and a team member will call you to discuss the options available to you. Change of mind requests outside the three day timeframe cannot be accepted.*
For the sake of customer health and wellbeing, as well as our integrity, we have a strict policy regarding products that have been opened:
We are not able to accept any returns on products that have been opened.
